IIAD Participates in TVMDL LINCS Lecture Series

The Institute for Infectious Animal Diseases (IIAD) extends a sincere thank you to the Texas A&M Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory (TVMDL) for the opportunity for Dr. Jimmy Tickel to speak at this month’s LINCS Lecture.

The LINCS program plays an important role in connecting TVMDL staff with the industries they support, and IIAD was grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this professional development effort. During the lecture, Dr. Tickel shared insights into foreign animal disease investigations, helping participants better understand the steps that follow a positive laboratory diagnosis and how state, federal, and industry partners work together to coordinate an effective response.
