DHS-Sponsored Internships

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate Office of University Programs offers several opportunities for faculty and student research teams to conduct research at a university-based DHS Center of Excellence like IIAD.

Federal Services Academies

The intent of the program is to increase DHS-DOD collaboration in scientific and engineering research and build a partnership between DHS S&T, the DHS Centers and future military leaders. This program is designed to engage faculty, along with rising senior cadets and midshipmen, in challenging research opportunities at some of the Nation’s best research institutions or on the front lines of homeland security and defense.
