Since 2008, the goal of IIAD’s Career Development Program has been to provide a graduate-level fellowship program that promotes workforce development into public practice or academia.

Six cohorts of M.S. or Ph.D. students have enrolled in the program.  Students from the following academic institutions have been selected for awards:
